How putting on a bingo night can help?

To put it in simple terms, putting on a bingo night can help by raising awareness and raising funds. These funds can go towards administration costs and other costs such has research, rebuilding the education and healthcare systems.

Step by step guide:

Step 1: Pick a venue. A venue could be a school, college, university, your living room, local community hall, your office...etc.

Step 2: Once the venue is decided you would need to buy books of bingo tickets click here to buy from online or you could buy from a stationary supplier like WH Smiths or Rymans. Also decide on what prize someone will win. We suggest partnering with a local business.

Step 3: Decide on a date that you want to host. Ideally 2-3 weeks before you start selling the tickets.

Step 4: Once you have the date set, you can now start selling tickets, to your friends, family, neighbours, co-workers or peers.

Step 5: Start promoting. The best form of promotion is word of mouth. If you are popular then you would have no problem with this. The other way you can promote is via creating a Facebook event and sending a WhatsApp broadcast if you and the people you have invited are on these social mediums.

Step 6: Some may know how to play, some may have forgotten ideally it is best to remind them before you begin. Also remind 24 hours in advance. You could do a count-down.

Step 7: You can meet up or invite a Member and they can handle the monies and send it to us.
